Monastery of Saint Theodori at Rapsani

This monastery is among the trees of a thick forest. There is no written evidence about the foundation of the monastery. The masonry served defensive purposes. This church is a typical example of a tricorne church with a dome.

It is worth mentioning the woodcut icon screen as well as the religious paintings of the church including those of Saint Theodori’s church that overlook the narthex.
